Role Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and foster loyalty.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians.
  • Diagnose automotive issues based on customer descriptions, inspections, test drives, and maintenance records.
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
  • Develop estimates for repairs, including costs and customer payments.
  • Prepare repair orders, describing issues and required services.
  • Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, vehicle status, and addressing questions.
  • Record problems and corrective actions.
  • Participate in educational opportunities to stay updated.
  • Contribute to the organization’s reputation by taking ownership and seeking value-added opportunities.
