Murgado Ford of Chicago is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the main point of contact for customers during maintenance and repair, ensuring a smooth, transparent service experience from drop-off to delivery.

In this role you will greet customers, document vehicle issues, provide estimates, and communicate maintenance needs. A commitment to accuracy and excellent communication is essential for success in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Murgado Ford of Chicago, part of Murgado Automotive Group, is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team. • Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive or customer service training is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends.
