• Familiarity with dealership management systems.
• Ability to explain repairs clearly without pressuring customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document concerns accurately.
• Perform a professional vehicle walk-around.
• Prepare repair orders and obtain proper customer authorization.
• Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and confidently; provide status updates to customers.
• Review technician findings, digital inspections, photos, and videos.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians, dispatch, and parts.
• Set realistic expectations regarding repair timing and parts availability.
• Follow up on declined work and outstanding customer decisions.
• Ensure repair orders are complete and properly documented.
• Review completed repairs and charges before vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and take ownership of resolution.
• Maintain strong CSI and customer-retention results.
