Job Description

• Advise customers on necessary service for routine maintenance and update them on progress of repairs to their vehicle.
• Help identify problems by interviewing customer, completing visual inspection, writing up the customers complaints with great detail to relay to the technician.
• Schedule appointments using service and vehicle data.
• Schedule shop work based on technician skills and availability to maximize productivity.
• Open and close repair orders.
• Process warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Maintain open communication with all internal team members.

Qualifications

• Must be customer service oriented.
• Commercial Driver’s License is a plus.
• Must have a willingness to work in a team oriented environment.
