Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally.
• Greet customers and identify concerns.
• Explain maintenance and costs per manufacturer recommendations.
• Conduct vehicle walk-around with the customer.
• Obtain signed repair orders from customers.
• Explain the multi-point inspection process.
• Write repair orders using the CDK system.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain approvals.
• Deliver vehicle and present future recommendations.
