Gateway Chevrolet in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and provide timely updates and estimates. You will build trust, sell needed services, and maintain thorough service histories in our DMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries and requests, identify service needs, resolve concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer calls promptly and courteously
• Review completed work and recommendations and collect payments
• Lookup customer service history in the DMS and schedule appointments
• Ensure high-quality service and review customer satisfaction surveys

What you'll do as a Service Advisor:

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving concerns, and sell additional services when appropriate
• Provide customers with updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner
• Answer customer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry
• Review all completed work and recommendations and collect payments from customer
• Proficient knowledge in Dealer Management System (DMS) and any other essential software programs to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage information
• Provide excellent service and review the customer satisfaction survey to each customer
