RevTech Performance in Sterling, VA is hiring for a Service Advisor / Extended Warranty & Contract Writer. The role offers a base salary of $40,000–$50,000 plus $5,000–$20,000+ commission potential, with an earning potential of $45,000–$70,000+ annually and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

This position emphasizes customer service, clear communication of maintenance and warranty options, and collaboration with technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including email and typing.
• Willingness to learn automotive services and warranties.
• Comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day.
• Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded.
• Automotive experience not required, hospitality or junior advisor experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build professional relationships.
• Explain maintenance and warranties clearly.
• Present services and contract options with a customer-focused approach.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and management.
• Communicate service needs using Tekmetric and digital inspections.
• Learn automotive services and extended warranty programs.
• Develop toward a full Service Advisor or Contract Writer role.
