Job summary

Brickell Buick GMC in Miami seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary customer contact through the service experience. You will guide customers from check-in to hand-off, documenting concerns, coordinating with technicians, and presenting clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer; dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers.
• Comfort presenting and closing on recommended services and repairs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair orders.
• Solid computer and DMS/service software skills; valid driver's license.

Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor who builds trust, clearly explains recommendations, and consistently turns inspections into approved work? Brickell Buick GMC, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service team in the heart of Miami's Brickell area.

This is more than a "write-up" role. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through every step of the service experience while helping drive department performance in a high-volume GM dealership.
