Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Write repair orders.
• Backup service advisor.
• Move cars safely within the shop and designated areas.
• Receive and apply payments from customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service center area.
• Escort customers and vendors to/from service areas, providing PPE as needed.
• Quality control in the drive-thru.
• Answer and route phone calls.
• Interact with customers to assist in the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as required.
