Napleton's Toyota of Brookfield, part of The Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks a Service Drive Support/Valet to greet customers, assist service advisors, and perform vehicle walk-arounds and prep tasks in the service drive.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to undergo a background check; no heavy lifting or prior automotive experience required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent Customer Service experience required.
• Computer and administrative experience are preferred.
• Attention to detail, patience and a positive attitude is a must.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet incoming guests and continue to provide best-in-class customer service to customers and employees alike.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Moving cars in and out of the building.
• Perform vehicle walk arounds in the service drive.
• Vacuum, wash windows, and a variety of supporting tasks.
• Provide various support as it pertains to the store.
