AutoNation is hiring a Service Advisor to join our nationwide service teams. You will act as the go-between for service technicians and customers, explaining recommendations, quoting repairs, and identifying upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and customers satisfied.

Expect consultative selling, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless service experience. A valid Nevada driver’s license and a commitment to superb service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Along with your communication skills and automotive knowledge, you’ll utilize leading-edge technology to uncover selling opportunities that keep drivers safe in their vehicles..Position OverviewWorking in our state of the art service departments, the Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers. In this position, you’ll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in the service lane.
