Job summary

Tom Wood Group is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to deliver concierge-level service at our Anderson, IN location, with a transition toward a new Whitestown facility opening in 2027. You will greet clients professionally, listen to concerns, explain recommendations, and maintain communication on repair status.

Responsibilities include writing repair orders, coordinating with technicians and parts, estimating repairs, and educating customers on findings.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems (Xtime, Dealertrack, etc.)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
