Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join a growing team. The role involves greeting customers, gathering vehicle data, and coordinating with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles.

You will communicate progress and manage timelines to maintain high CSI standards. The ideal candidate has 10+ years as a service advisor, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a service advisor; dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and manage tasks independently.
• Personable and friendly personality.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent; Valid Driver’s License.
• General knowledge of mechanical and service operations preferred.
• Reynolds and Reynolds or xTime experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and update vehicle and customer data.
• Perform vehicle walk-around and document concerns for diagnosis.
