Job summary

Serra Toyota is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences in Milwaukee. You will greet customers, perform walk-around inspections, write repair orders, review histories, and recommend maintenance per Toyota guidelines.

In this role you will communicate estimates clearly, coordinate with technicians, and keep customers informed through the repair process while completing Toyota training and maintaining professional work standards.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Toyota experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer and organizational skills.
• Motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
