Job summary

Kayser Janesville Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Service Advisor in Janesville, WI. You will bridge customers and the service department, provide clear vehicle repair explanations, and ensure a smooth service experience.

You will greet clients, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, maintain service histories, and upsell where appropriate. This role requires strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training preferred.
• Previous customer service or automotive service advisor experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and repair processes.
