Job summary

Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor in Houston to greet customers, promote car wash packages and memberships, and provide outstanding service. This entry-level role is the face of our car wash and focuses on driving revenue and growing our customer base.

You will be trained to educate customers on options, close sales, and ensure a great experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

Position Overview

As a Service Advisor you are the face of our car wash, responsible for greeting customers, promoting car wash packages and memberships, and providing exceptional service. Your role is essential to driving revenue, growing our customer base, and ensuring a great experience from start to finish.

• Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Promote and sell services to meet individual and team sales goals
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete transactions accurately
• Address customer questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general site operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Work Environment

• Outdoor, active role in all weather conditions
• Frequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.
• Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.
