Car Spa, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of our car wash, greeting customers and promoting packages and memberships. You will drive revenue through upsells and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

This entry-level role offers hourly pay plus commission on upsells and opportunities to contribute to a growing customer base. Morning shifts are required, with an emphasis on friendly, sales-driven service.

Qualifications

• One-year prior sales experience required.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Available to work morning shift at 8am.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers about car wash options and membership benefits
• Promote and sell services to meet sales goals
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete transactions accurately
• Address questions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
