This is a long-term opportunity in a clean, organized shop with a friendly, learning-focused atmosphere and premium customer service. You'll maintain good communication with customers, review service history, schedule appointments, and explain work completed with costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining good communication between the shop and the customer.
• Monitoring customer records to check for regular scheduled servicing or future work and contacting customers to arrange appointments.
• Releasing repaired equipment to customers and explaining work completed with costs accrued, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
