Keffer Automotive Group is seeking experienced service advisors at Battleground Kia in Greensboro, North Carolina. In a high-volume, fast-paced environment, your primary role is to provide customers with essential information for servicing and maintaining their vehicles. If you're a customer-focused individual with a history as a certified technician, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team under new, growth-oriented ownership.

You will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service, and working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Must have been a prior certified technician.
• Computer proficiency, ideally with Automate.
• Valid NC driver's license.

Responsibilities And Duties

Job Purpose:

This position has a vital role in providing the highest level of customer service to our customers. The primary function of this position is to provide our customers with the information that they need to service and maintain their vehicle correctly. Establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers is a priority as well as a friendly and positive attitude with customers and co-workers. Always looking out for the customer's and the company's best interest is essential.

• Must have been a prior certified technician.
• Must have computer proficiency (Automate experience is a plus)
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Valid NC driver's license.
