Johnson RV is seeking a Service Advisor with dealership experience to join our outdoor enthusiasts team. The role centers on exceptional customer communication, accurate service estimates, and coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The advisor will greet customers, relay needs to technicians, and handle follow-ups, claims, and pickup notifications while maintaining high CSI scores and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior service advisor experience is a plus.
• Warranty claims submission experience is a plus.
• Dispatching or customer service experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to achieve profitability and growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service department promptly and courteously.
• Listen to customers and clearly articulate needs to technicians.
• Provide accurate estimates of repairs and maintenance costs.

• Notify customers when RV/trailer is ready for pickup.

Service Advisor with dealership experience

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced environment at Johnson RV. It’s more than a Service Advisor, we need an outstanding communicator with a natural positive attitude. A person that has a strong work ethic and values taking ownership of the customer experience. The successful candidate will feel comfortable and confident in greeting customers as they are scheduling appointments and acting as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Must be sales-minded, as it is part of the role. This position will handle a volume of work flow and must be good at multitasking and shifting priorities as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Attitude is everything – greet service department customers promptly and courteously
• Listen to each customer and clearly articulate needs to technician
• Provide accurate estimates of repairs / maintenance costs
• Follow up on repair status to efficiently inform customers
• Work with manufacturer and file claims in timely manner
• Notify customers when RV / trailer is ready for pick up
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems or potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Requirements
