Job summary

Best-One Tire & Service in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Service Advisor who is passionate about creating raving fans through exceptional customer service. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail tire or automotive service environment, you will help keep operations running smoothly while assisting customers.

You’ll greet customers, answer questions about service outcomes, coordinate with technicians, and ensure all paperwork is completed and closed to Best-One standards.

What You'll Do as Service Advisor:

• Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.
• Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary.
• Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up.
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards.
