Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Garden Grove seeks a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will translate mechanical recommendations for customers and confidently sell tires, repairs, warranties, and services.

Build lasting relationships, document findings from visual inspections, and help maintain showroom and inventory standards while supporting a smooth, safe operation with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales and customer service.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Flexible availability including weekends.
