Beechmont Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor, you’ll act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians—helping to ensure a seamless and transparent service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Write accurate repair orders and communicate service recommendations clearly
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles and any changes to estimates or timelines
• Review final work orders with customers and process payments as needed
• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer questions and promote additional services

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex vehicle issues in a way customers can understand
• Proficiency in computer systems and dealership service software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc. preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
