As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers, document concerns, prepare estimates, and communicate repair timelines clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally

• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Set and manage customer expectations for repair timelines
• Monitor repair progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates
• Review final invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with completed work
• Explain repairs, services, and charges in a clear and friendly manner
