Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced service department in Goshen. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery, diagnosing concerns and translating them into repair orders while maintaining strong relationships for repeat business.

The ideal candidate excels in a high-volume environment, communicates clearly, and upholds meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Service Advisor
• Experience in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Strong sales and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and organization
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-level customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Accurately diagnose customer concerns and translate them into actionable repair orders
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition, mileage, and history
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
• Prepare precise estimates for parts and labor with a focus on transparency
• Manage workflow efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Proactively communicate repair status and timelines with customers
• Ensure accuracy of final invoices and completed work
• Upsell services ethically while prioritizing customer needs
