ZT Auto Luxury Charlotte LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, write service orders, and translate repair needs into clear quotes. You’ll provide accurate estimates, explain repairs, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership service center.

Requirements include service-advisor experience, valid driver's license, clean record, and experience with CDK/Reynolds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and scheduling service appointments.
• Document customers’ concerns and comments.
• Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
• Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology.
• Explain repairs to customers and review service history.
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
• Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service to retain dealership clientele.
