ZT Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Charlotte. You will greet customers, document concerns, write service orders, and translate repair needs into clear terminology while delivering accurate estimates.

Join a dealership and service center with premier brands and a focus on customer satisfaction. A high school diploma or GED is required, and CDK/Reynolds experience is helpful for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and scheduling service appointments

• Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
• Explain repairs to customers and review service history
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
• Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service to retain dealership clientele.

Requirements

• Service advisor/writer experience required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• CDK/Reynolds experience helpful.
• Professional appearance and attitude required
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Must have valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Typing/ computer skills
