Job summary

Lexus of Austin, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks experienced Service Advisors to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

As the liaison between customers and the service department, you will schedule appointments, review service history, relay maintenance information, and provide accurate cost estimates for vehicle repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Consultant, or Luxury Automotive Service Advisor.
• Lexus or Toyota dealership experience is preferred; experienced Service Advisors from other automotive brands are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance recommendations, repair processes, and customer communication.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust, explain repair recommendations clearly, and provide accurate estimates.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
