Blue Compass RV is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in Alvin, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience while guiding customers through their service needs and driving service revenue in a sales-driven environment.

The position offers a salary plus commission with strong earning potential and an average of $80,000. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans, PTO, 401K, and ongoing training, with a 5-day work week and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of service advisor, automotive, or related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous RV or camping lifestyle experience a plus.
• Automotive or service industry background preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills and ability to navigate service systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from service check-in through completion.
• Build relationships with customers and identify service needs with a sales-driven approach.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and installations prior to scheduling.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion.
• Keep customers informed of repair progress and manage expectations.
• Address customer concerns and escalated situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize service revenue.
• Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and communication records.

THE ROLE: The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience while driving service department success. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear communication, accurate service recommendations, and efficient workflow.

We are looking for a sales-minded professional who can confidently guide customers through their service needs, identify additional opportunities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism and care.

This is a salary + commission-based role, offering strong earning potential for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment. $80,000 average

What You’ll Do
