Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

The role requires at least 1 year of service experience, RV product knowledge, and strong organizational skills. A valid driver's license is preferred, with potential lift requirements up to 25 lbs and 50 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
• Able to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more.
