Job summary

Camping World seeks a Service Advisor to join our team in Garner, NC. You will initiate and process repair requests, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers informed about work progress. The role emphasizes RV product knowledge and excellent organization to drive service revenue.

The position offers base pay with uncapped commissions, full-time benefits, and opportunities for growth within a large RV network. Prior RV or camping lifestyle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow up skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process requests for repair services.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more.
