Job summary

Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will greet customers, gather data, and document concerns to set up technician diagnoses, then manage repair timelines and keep customers informed via phone, email, or text.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years as a service advisor or dealership experience, strong customer communication, and an ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a service advisor, dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and manage tasks independently.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent; Valid Driver’s License.
• General knowledge of mechanical and service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with service needs and questions.
• Obtain and update vehicle and customer data; document concerns for diagnosis.
• Set up repair timeline and keep customer updated on progress via call, email or text.
• Disclose additional work and obtain customer signature; suggest maintenance.
