Arrow Ford Dealerships in Abilene, TX is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the primary contact for customers throughout the repair process, building trust and delivering a best‑in‑class service experience from write‑up to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen carefully, ask questions, and identify service needs.
• Accurately document concerns and vehicle issues on the repair order.
• Verify and update customer contact information, including email.
• Review service history, perform walk-arounds/inspections, and recommend maintenance as needed.
• Provide complete, accurate estimates for labor and parts.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding status and timelines.
• Coordinate repair progress to ensure work is completed on time and fixed right the first time.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs (including additional recommendations).
• Inspect completed repair orders for accuracy, pricing, and legibility.
• Meet or exceed add-on and service sales goals.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete all required OEM and dealership training.
