Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Service Administrator to manage work orders, warranty claims, and customer communication in a fast-paced service department.

You will track warranty statuses, support scheduling, and help maintain service operations while delivering professional customer service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate)
• Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and oversee warranty claims to support proactive scheduling and customer satisfaction
• Welcome and assist customers, collect necessary details for repairs, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Monitor customer machines' warranty status to support proactive maintenance and upkeep of service department and assets
• Support efficient store operations by using technical support systems and helping with documentation and communication

• Administrative and Service Support: Manage work orders, oversee warranty claims, and track manufacturer warranty status to support proactive scheduling and customer satisfaction
• Customer Interaction and Experience: Welcome and assist customers professionally, collect necessary details for repairs, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Operational Efficiency: Utilize technical support systems, monitor customer machines' warranty status to support proactive maintenance, and help with the upkeep of the service department and company assets to ensure efficient and effective store operations
