Job summary

Linder Turf & Tractor in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Service Administrator to provide administrative support to the service department and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Open work orders with the service manager
• Assist with incoming customers and service phone calls
• Backup service manager for timekeeping gatekeeper
• Contact vendors to request services and schedule work
• Process invoices for service and warranty claims
• Generate purchase orders and order parts for the service dept
• Provide backup to the receptionist when needed
• Other responsibilities as requested by the manager
