This role supports the Service Manager and Coordinators to ensure clear communication, timely job completion, and proper documentation for field work. As the primary liaison to 3rd party portals, you will help maintain compliance with customer and municipality requirements, back up

Responsibilities

• Receive overflow service calls to improve customer experience.
• Provide backup to service coordinators for scheduling services.
• Review completed jobs and verify inventory and costs during closure.
• Coordinate with service coordinators for smooth operations.
• Maintain and process inspection documentation as required.
• Assist in tracking reopened jobs due to missing information.
• Assist with PO processing and material ordering.
• Inform sales about quotes identified during service calls.
• Serve as point of contact for 3rd party portals (IROL, etc.).
• Ensure work order extensions are requested in customer portals as required.
