Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a customer service role.
• Two or more years of experience in a supervisory/team lead role.
• Valid Driver’s License and driving record acceptable to insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment and lead technicians.
• Coordinate technician schedules and daily activities.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance of technicians.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Maintain accurate timecards and billing records.
