Job summary

Gaston Electrical is seeking a Service Project Manager to respond to service requests and manage projects from estimating to completion, while growing our customer base through responsive interactions.

The role requires 3–5 years in estimating and PM for commercial construction, with electrical field experience and strong communication skills; licensure preferred. You will coordinate field technicians, manage pre-planning and billing, and support revenue goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience estimating and managing commercial construction projects.
• Electrical field experience required; licensed electrician preferred.

Job Summary

Gaston Electrical is looking for a Service Project Manager who is responsible for responding to service requests from clients and managing projects from estimating to project completion. This person is also responsible for growing our existing customer base through positive and responsive customer interactions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage service projects through pre-planning, cost tracking, billing, project documentation and project close out.
• Manage existing customer relationships and provide excellent customer service to help grow our division. Identify new opportunities for business and promote Gaston’s services.
• Schedule field service technicians for jobs and adjust schedules as needed.
• Project manpower for projects on a weekly basis.
• Prepare estimates for service projects.
• Work with Accounting department on billing.
• Participate in meeting annual service department revenue and profit margin goals.
• Operates as point of contact for assigned customers.

Position Requirements/Preferred Skills, Education And Experience

Compensation Range: $95,200 and $161,900
