What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Generate new Customer Support Program service agreements through the acquisition of new accounts and growth of existing accounts
  2. Build customized solutions from an extensive suite of service offerings for various decision-makers
  3. Construct winning proposals and present them to decision-makers while managing objections
  4. Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing customer accounts to ensure high satisfaction
  5. Engage in networking activities and industry events to develop market awareness and generate new pipeline opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree
  2. Minimum of 3 years of previous B2B full cycle sales experience
  3. Proven history of achieving sales goals in a consultative-based, non-transactional sales environment
  4. Strong presentation and communication skills
  5. Basic skills in Microsoft Office
