Join Our Growing Team as a Service Account Coordinator – Indianapolis, IN

In this role, you'll work alongside a team of high-performing coordinators who keep things moving, solve problems quickly, and deliver world-class service to our customers. Every day will bring something new—and you’ll be at the center of it all.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our service operation—coordinating schedules, supporting technicians, and being the primary point of contact for our customers. Your job is to make things run smooth, keep customers informed, and ensure we deliver on our promises.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch and support service technicians throughout the day
Review completed work orders and process them for billing
Create and manage purchase orders for field work
Serve as a point of contact for customer needs and service requests
Provide real-time updates and documentation to customers
Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers and internal teams
High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ year in a similar coordinator or dispatch role
Proficiency in basic computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
A customer-first mindset with a "whatever it takes" attitude
