What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate schedules and support technicians
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Review work orders and process billing
• Create and manage purchase orders for field work
• Provide real-time updates and documentation to customers
• Maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers and internal teams

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year in a similar coordinator or dispatch role
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Customer-first mindset with a 'whatever it takes' attitude
