Edison’s Entertainment Complex is seeking several part-time servers to join our high-energy venue featuring bowling, laser tag, arcade, and dining options. You will report to the Food & Beverage Director and Front of House Manager, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, cash handling, and ensuring accurate checks while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and liquor laws.
• Communicate menu items effectively to guests.

Job Description

We are currently seeking several part-time servers. This is a high-volume environment that requires the ability to maintain a high level of energy. These positions report the Food & Beverage Director and Front of House Manager.

Requirements

• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Lift up 30 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk/bend throughout shift
• Availability to work holidays and weekends (weekday availability is a plus)
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local liquor laws
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Effectively communicate food and beverage menus
• Accurately take guests' orders
• Correctly and precisely calculate each guest check
• Cash handling
• Room set up and tear down
• Clean, stock, and maintain the workstations throughout shift
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
• Adhere to company policies and philosophies

Qualifications

• 1 year experience serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant or bar environment (banquet serving is a plus)

Additional Information

Compensation: $9.00 per hour + tips

Hours: up to 30 hours per week
