As a Server or Bartender, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your guest-centered approach while working alongside a fun and dynamic team. With competitive pay starting at $2.13 per hour plus tips ($5 per hour for bartenders), you'll be rewarded for your excellent service and helpful demeanor. We are hiring part-time servers for our busiest shifts. Part-time teammates can expect 2-4 shifts per week including some banquet events.

Your day as a Server Or Bartender

At Pack's Tavern, as a Server or Bartender, you'll kick off your shift by setting up and preparing to welcome our guests with your friendly demeanor. Greeting each guest with a smile, you'll share our delicious specials and answer any menu questions with finesse. Engaging with tourists, you'll provide helpful tips for places to visit and ensure they have a memorable experience. Running food and drinks to tables efficiently, you'll uphold our standard of excellence in service.

Collaborating with your team, you'll assist fellow servers seamlessly. During peak days & hours, your dedication could pay off, allowing you to earn up to $25 per hour. Join us in delivering top-notch guest-centered service and be a part of our energetic team at Pack's Tavern in Asheville, NC.
