Kumori -Sushi and Teppanyaki- is seeking energetic Team Members for multiple locations in the United States. This hourly role offers open shifts and a competitive starting wage with flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within a great company.

Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
• Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
• Collects payments by accepting cash, check, and charge payments from customers
• Check ID to ensure minimum age requirement is met
• Must be over 21 to serve alcoholic beverages
• Notify kitchen personnel of food orders, shortages, or special orders
• Serves appetizers, salads, cold dishes and beverages
• Recognize customer intoxication in accordance with Kumori policy
• Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining/work areas neat and pleasant
