Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
• 5+ years hands-on experience in large-scale, event-driven AWS architectures
• Expertise with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes/EKS and ECS
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices
• Strong knowledge of RDS/PostgreSQL performance tuning and high availability
• Experience delivering production-grade software within a large corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Distributed data processing (Spark), schema governance, and data quality controls
• Design and develop Messaging patterns with SQS/SNS, DLQs, idempotency, and exactly-once/effective-once processing
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
• Gathers, analyzes, visualizes data and develops reporting for continuous improvement
• Identify hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and architecture
• Contribute to communities of practice and explore emerging technologies
