Job summary

JPMorganChase Plano, Texas seeks a Senior Lead Software Engineer to design, build and operate AWS-native service engineering solutions, including IaC, CI/CD, and automated provisioning, delivering secure, production-grade automation across diverse technologies.

You will mentor teams, drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices, lead evaluations with external partners, and promote safe, resilient software with strong security and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in relevant roles.
• Experience designing and delivering cloud-native systems with IaC and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages used for automation and cloud services.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Auto-GPT).
• Experience integrating AI/ML techniques into software systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and operates AWS-native service solutions with IaC, CI/CD and automation.
• Develops secure, production-grade automation and AI-integrated workflows.
• Drives enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation value.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation for better stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and credentials.
• Leads communities of practice for new technologies.
