What You’ll Do

• Listen attentively to guests and teammates to understand needs, mood, and momentum
• Curate intentional, personal experiences that go beyond food and drinks
• Set the tone by greeting every table within two minutes and creating immediate connection
• Anticipate guest needs before they’re voiced—and act decisively
• Foster a high‑energy, guest‑first environment that drives repeat visits and responsible sales
• Uphold safe alcohol service and ensure every item is accounted for, every time
• Support your team, contribute to the vibe, and hold yourself to the standard
