Zuma - Vail is seeking a friendly, attentive Server to greet guests, take orders accurately, and deliver a memorable dining experience in our contemporary Japanese concept.

Must have restaurant experience. The compensation starts at $12.14 per hour plus tips, with opportunities for growth, world-class training, and a global hospitality brand sharing in our success.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams
