This position offers a pay range of $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr, based on experience. The role is part-time with shifts from 3pm to 7pm, primarily on weekdays (to be discussed during the interview) and every other weekend.

Position Summary: The Server provides comprehensive service in the Dietary Department, ensuring quality service and cleanliness at all times.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Maintain proper dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Serve efficiently and accurately, take orders, and provide courteous service.
• Clear tables, assist with dishwashing, and reset tables.
• Serve customers using proper etiquette, creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Know and correctly serve diets as per policies.
• Represent the community warmly to foster a positive environment.
• Support a culture that drives revenue and occupancy through engaged employees.
