Pay Range

This range is provided by Senior Living Management. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Status: Part-Time
Shift: 3pm-7pm
Days: Weekdays (to be discussed during interview) and Every Other Weekend
Salary: $16.00/hour-$20.00/hour (depending on experience in restaurants, diners, pubs, bars, banquet serving, senior living communities, food service at malls, fast food, catering, and events)

Position Summary

The Server provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions in the Dietary Department, ensuring a high level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
• Maintain dining room appearance and presentation standards.
• Serve customers with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Set tables, take orders, serve, and respond courteously to guest inquiries.
• Clear dishes, assist with dishwashing, and reset tables.
• Serve with proper etiquette and promote an inviting atmosphere.
• Know and correctly implement diet requirements as per policies.
• Represent the community warmly, creating a positive environment.
• Support a culture focused on revenue, occupancy, and employee engagement.
